Gibbs, MD, a native of Delaware, ICG Enterprises, Inc. provides scholarships for higher education to local youth, develops health education internship programs to enhance outcomes for chronic diseases, and provides health education resources to support community activities benefiting homeless and disenfranchised individuals.

The Rev. Mignonne E.M. Snipes Memorial Leadership Scholarship (MEMS) was established in honor of Mignonne E.M. Snipes, BS, MDiv, a 1986 graduate of Dover High School who displayed exceptional school spirit and leadership.

ICG Enterprises, Inc. has partnered with the Stanford Youth Diabetes Coaches Program (SYDCP) to engage local Delaware youth from underserved areas to learn about health and empower them to be agents of change for others in their sphere of influence to encourage healthier lifestyles.
